The Villa St James' tranquil, romantic, rejuvenating and inspiring beauty is ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies in a picturesque ocean view garden . The stately dining room is perfect for an elegant wedding reception or special occasion for up to 30 guests. Among the many visual treats in this room are Venetian mirrors, silk curtains, crystal chandeliers, a gilded ceiling, views of sea and garden, and deco parquet floors. The grand dining room is truly a regal event. Villa St James is conveniently situated on the coastal main road within walking distance to St James beach celebrated for its balmy climate, warmer Cape waters, whale watching and accessibility along the railway line which extends along the scenic coastal route to Simon’s Town. Also within walking distance from the Villa is the enchanting Kalk Bay village, with its antique shops, fine restaurants, sophisticated shopping, fishing harbour, historic walks, and museums. Constantia Wine estates, golf courses, yachting, kite surfing, deep-sea fishing, shark diving, whale watching, hiking, caving and more are all within 10 minutes of the Villa.

• Rates are based on the exclusive use of the entire villa
• Rates are quoted in South African Rands
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Rates are quoted per day

• Rates include 14% Vat
• Rates are based on a minimum 2 day rental
• Rates over peak season (20 Dec – 10 Jan) are based on a minimum 14 day booking
• Rates are negotiable for longer stays
• Rates are not valid over 2010 World Cup Soccer. Rates provided on request

Booking procedure

• Booking form to be completed and returned by fax
• Lease agreement to be signed
• A non-refundable 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• Payment can be made by direct transfer.
• Damage deposit is required depending on length of stay and number in party
