The Apartments are secure, & come complete with communal swimming pool and braai/barbeque facilities. Décor is upmarket and modern. All apartments are two bedroom.

2 bathrooms - one en-suite with shower / 2nd with bath.

Beautifully appointed lounge & dinning room with TV / DVD player/satellite TV & Hi- Fi system.

Kitchen fitted with all the mod cons- including washing machine & dishwasher.

All rooms (including bedrooms) open onto large balconies with spectacular views.

Communal pool area also fitted with barbeque facilities.

Undercover secure parking in basement.

Tariffs

1 October 2004 to 15 December 2004 - R750 per night

16 December 2004 to 15 January 2005 - R950 per night

16 January 2005 to 30 April 2005 - R750 per night

1 May 2005 to 30 September 2005 - R550 per night

Monthly rates available on request

Number of Guests: Maximum 4 guests per apartment

Minimum Rental Period: 7 days

Servicing: Daily Servicing of Apartments can be arranged at an additional cost.

Payment Terms:
20% breakage deposit payable within 48 hours of booking
100% of payment for rental payable 30 days prior to occupation.

Breakage deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after departure.
