a renowned surfing and wind-surfing paradise, 20 minutes from central Cape
Town, Table Mountain, Grand-west Casino and the V&A Waterfront, 10 minutes
from Milnerton golf-course, half an hour from Cape Town International Airport.
5 minutes to large shopping malls. Take a short stroll to a variety of restaurants
and fast food outlets.
It also offers a magnificent view over the bay onto Cape Town, Table Mountain,
Robben Island (where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned), and across the endlessness
of the Atlantic. Whales & dolphin sightings from the apartment are not
unusual (seasonally). Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the lounge,
the bedroom, or just relax with sundowners or barbecue on the balcony.
The apartment consists of an open plan lounge, Dining area with TV,DSTV(bring
your own smart card) and Hi-fi, fully fitted kitchen complete with microwave,
washing machine, a breakfast counter, two bedrooms with bic and two bathrooms,
m.e.s & the lounge contains a pull-out double sleeper-couch. Just pack
the clothes on your back (and then again, not too much of those) .Wheel-Chair
accessible.
