the nudist beach at Sandy Bay. |

Noordhoek, popular with surfers and with early
morning and evening horse riders. Some of the best waves in the peninsula
occur here. |

Muizenberg
Once known as millionaires row,
Muizenberg has become a bit of a backwater although there are plans to
upgrade the area. The beach seems to go on forever. |
